職場の環境からだと、GWでブロックされてgmailにアクセスできないので、
外部のサーバにsquirrelmail1.5.2をインストールし、gmailのIMAPサーバに
接続できるように、設定しました。

＜準備＞
gmailにアカウントをつくり、設定画面→メール転送とPOP/IMAPのタブに移動し
IMAPアクセスの項のIMAPを有効にするにチェックをいれて、保存。
